Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be modified or canceled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory availability, or pricing errors.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update listings as needed.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing your order before shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Aura Miami is not responsible for carrier delays or lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered.

5. Final Sale Policy

All items are final sale. Due to the exclusive, limited-edition nature of our jewelry drops, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

6. “Do Not Remove” Tag

For authenticity and quality assurance, certain items may arrive with a “DO NOT REMOVE” tag. Once the tag is removed, the item is considered worn and becomes fully non-returnable—even in special cases.

All designs, product names, images, and written content are the exclusive property of Aura Miami. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from our website or social media is strictly prohibited.
